• Your Social Security number
• Copy of Drivers Licenses
• Current one months Pay stubs or if self employed, past two years of Tax returns
• Previous two years W-2's
• Bank statements for past two months
• Investment account statements for past two months
• Retirement account statements for past two months
• Name and number of landlord (if currently renting)

 If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage Account information
• Home Equity Account information (if applicable)
• Home Insurance Policy information
• Home Owners Association information (if applicable)
